Larry L. Tice Jr.

Larry L. Tice Jr., 67, of Wellsville, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on May 27, 1957, in East Liverpool, Larry was the eldest son of Elizabeth Tice and the late Larry L. Tice Sr. Arrangements were entrusted to Kerr Watson Funeral Home.
