Dustin Foley

LISBON — Dustin Foley, 45, died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth’s Health Center in Boardman. He was born June 13, 1979, in Salem, son of Roy Foley and Mary Liber Doty. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
