EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio -- Dennis J. Salsberry, 70, of East Liverpool passed away on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025, at Trinity Medical Center West.
Dennis was born in East Liverpool on Nov. 29, 1954, a son of the late Harold W. and Grace (Cook) Salsberry. He was a graduate of East Liverpool High School. Dennis was an Army veteran. He retired from Linde where he worked as a truck driver. Dennis enjoyed playing pool and spending time with his friends. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. Dennis was a wonderful father and grandfather and was loved by all his neighbors.
Left to cherish his memory are his four sons, Michael Salsberry, Tim Salsberry and his wife Amber, Steve Salsberry and Greg Salsberry; six grandchildren, Devon, Jaymin, Emma, Brendon, Courtney and Kyle Salsberry; two sisters, Jean Lamp and Rose Cox; two brothers, Harold W. Salsberry Jr. and Larry Salsberry; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit Thursday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Pastor Bill Wagner of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church will conduct a funeral service Friday 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Locust Hill Cemetery where Tri State Veterans Burial Group will conduct military honors.
Following the service, family and friends will gather at the First United Methodist Church, 200 W. 5th St., East Liverpool Ohio 43920, for a time of fellowship.
