Clara (Pander) Warren

1940-2024

LISBON -- Clara (Pander) Warren, 84, passed away Dec. 18, 2024, at Assumption Village in North Lima.

Clara was born in Lisbon, Oct. 11, 1940, daughter of the late Orie and Clara Ruff Dotson.

She was a longtime resident of Lisbon, but also had lived many years in Darlington and most recently resided in New Waterford for the past four years.

She was a member of the Lisbon Church of Christ, and proudly worked as a homemaker, raising her children. Clara enjoyed cooking and baking and spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her cat Chloe.

Clara is survived by her son, Bill (Wendy) Pander of East Palestine; two daughters, Wendy (Andrew) Borders of Beaver Falls, Pa., and Judy Chambers of New Castle; as well as 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her first husband of 31 years, Harry Pander in 1991, and her second husband of 22 years, Rolland Warren in 2020, and nine brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home, with Bill Requardt officiating. A private burial will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens on Monday.
