Jay ‘Capey’ Capehart

EAST PALESTINE — Jay “Capey” Capehart, 58, of East Palestine died Wednesday at Select Specialty Hospital, Boardman. He was born on Oct. 25, 1965, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Lary and Rose Plummer Capehart. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine.
