Randy H. Rose, 69, of Dover passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2024 following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born March 24, 1955 and grew up in Salineville, Ohio. Randy was a 1972 graduate of Southern Local High School. He was proud of the Pittsburgh Steelers and even hosted a Facebook site featuring the team. Randy played in bands throughout the years in which he played the drums and harmonica. He loved being surrounded with music.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold C. Rose, and his mother, Rosa May (Roberts) Rose Oesch.
Survivors include his children, Jennifer (Rick) Dipold, Heidi Roush, Casey (Josh) Mueller, Shane (Brooke) Rose and Andrew Burgin; nine grandchildren and an expected grandchild; one great-grandchild; his sister, Tracy L. Rose (Rick Frost) along with aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
His wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services. His cremains will be buried next to his mother in Woodlawn Cemetery Salineville, Ohio. You are invited to visit www.reedfuneralhome.com to share condolences and fond memories.
