WELLSVILLE, Ohio - Deborah Turner Mayers, 65, of East Liverpool passed away on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024 at Salem North Health Care.
Deborah was born Nov. 12, 1958 in East Liverpool a daughter of the late John and Nancy (Chesnut) Turner.
Deborah was a graduate of Beaver Local High School Class of 1977. She was Presbyterian by faith. Deborah was the owner of her own safety business Appalachian A. Safety Director LTD. Deborah loved any animal that showed up at her door, even the crows she would feed daily. She enjoyed gardening and loved flowers, especially roses. She enjoyed cooking and would prepare an elaborate dinner on Christmas Eve for her family.
Preceding Deborah in death were her husband Joseph T. "Tom" Mayers; sister Becky Thompson and brother-in-law Don Thompson.
Left to cherish her memory are her aunt Barbara Fischer; cousins Carol Mason and Allison Grady; two fur babies, Baby Boy and Lulabelle, and will be dearly missed by her loving family members and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
