Connie S. Kasica, 68, of Irondale, Ohio, passed away at her home on Sept. 15, 2024. Connie was born on March 2, 1956, the daughter of the late Harold S. and Alberta (Fishback) Grimm.
She was a 1974 graduate of Wellsville High School. Connie also was a graduate of beauty school. She was a member of Immaculate Conception in Wellsville. Connie married Frank Kasica on March 23, 1982, and they spent the next 42 years raising their family and making special memories together.
Along with her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her brothers, Jackie E. Grimm Sr. and Harold B. Grimm
She is survived by: her husband, Frank; her children, Frank W. (Flo) Kasica III, of Melbourn, Australia, and Rhea (Carl) Hooper, of Hammondsville. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Tyler, Zachary, and Jacob.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the MacLean Chapel of Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists, on Riverside Avenue, in Wellsville. The funeral will follow at 7 p.m. Connie will be laid to rest in Sugar Grove Cemetery.
