EAST PALESTINE -- Jean (Robb) Falk, 85, of East Palestine died at home on Aug. 17, 2024 following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Salem, Ohio on April 13, 1939, a daughter of the late Edward Robb and Nell (Henry) Robb-Vaughn.
Having lived all her life in the area, Jean was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing cards and spending special time with her grandkids. She made many RV trips with her family. She really enjoyed staying in the campgrounds while the men attended the Nascar races. She was always eager to try new and different food when visiting new places.
Jean is survived by her husband, Jack N. Falk, whom she married Sept. 15, 1961, just a month shy of being married for 63 years; two sons, Jack E Falk (Amy) of East Palestine, Jeffery A. Falk (Pary Raley) of Negley; six grandchildren, Racheal Snedeker (Rob), Jordan Wales, Dylan Falk, Seth Falk, Autumn Falk, Paige Falk; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Jean was preceded in death by two brothers, Don Robb, Jim Robb; and a sister, Ruth Grossen.
Services will be held at the Linsley Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Doug Green officiating.
The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
