LISBON -- Elizabeth Z. "Liz" Skeels, 83, passed away Friday, August 9. Liz was born August 23, 1940 in Mauerstetten, Germany, a daughter of the late George and Corrine (Petty) Ziegler. Services will be held at noon, Tuesday, August 13, at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home. The family will receive guests from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
