EAST LIVERPOOL - T. Kathleen "Kathy" Metts Ashbaugh, 83, died at her home Wednesday. She was born Sept. 12, 1940, in Salem, to Oliver and Catherine Dixon Metts. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
