Richard D. Cox

EAST PALESTINE — Richard D. Cox, 83, died Saturday at the Hospice House in Poland. He was born July 14, 1940, in Dubois, Pa., son of the late Clifford and Madeline Clouse Cox. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
