EAST PALESTINE -- Glenn R. Fulton, 60, died at the St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman. He was born Aug. 4, 1963, in Youngstown, son of the late Glenn and Carolyn Kissinger Fulton. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
