LISBON -- Diane Sue Bye, 60, died at 10:48 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
Born Aug. 13, 1963 in Salem, she was a daughter of the late Wayne E. and M. Maxine (Jones) Urschler.
A life-long area resident, Diane worked at the Columbiana County Department of Jobs & Family Services for 30 years.
She enjoyed gardening and cooking and loved to host the annual Bye & Bye Hardware Christmas party. Visiting Amish country, shopping, and feeding the squirrels at Centennial Park were also sources of joy for Diane. She was a member of New Lisbon Presbyterian Church.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Robert B. Bye; her sister, Lynne (Ken) Logan; nieces Alexandra Logan and Taira Shull; nephews Jack Logan, Jason Leggett and Alex Leggett; and her sister-in-law, Adrienne Grieb.
Services officiated by the Rev. Mark Wilds will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Weber Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Lisbon Cemetery. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
