EAST PALESTINE --Tim "Cooter" Cusick, Sr., 66, passed away January 6, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman following a lengthy illness.
He was born June 28, 1957, in Salem, OH, son of Glenn C. and Donna M. Watson Cusick.
Tim worked at Ethan Allen Kenmar for 20 years. After Kenmar, Tim worked at Dan's Auto until his retirement. He loved racing his 1986 Mustang at Quaker City Drag Strip, and watching the Green Bay Packers play football. "Go Pack Go". But he most especially loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and family.
He is survived by and dearly missed by his mother, Donna Cusick of East Palestine; daughters, Devon Lynn, and Dawn Cusick; son, Tim Cusick, Jr.; sister, Krisann Jacobsen; granddaughters, Daphne Ellis, Danika and Davina Noel, Skyla Felger and Olivia Cusick; one great granddaughter, Avery Marshall; nephew, Ryan Bycroft and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Glenn Cusick.
Per Tim's wishes, there will be no services or calling hours. A private burial will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.
Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
