Thomas B. Ferguson Jr.

EAST PALESTINE — Thomas B. Ferguson Jr., 54, passed away Jan. 7, 2024, at Parkside Nursing and Rehab in Columbiana.

Thomas was born Dec. 29, 1969, in Salem, Ohio, son of Thomas Ferguson Sr. and Dolores George Ferguson.

Thomas was a graduate of Blackhawk High School and attended Monaca Business College and Youngstown State University having earned a bachelor’s degree and was working toward his master’s prior to his illness.

Thomas previously worked at the produce department at Giant Eagle and bought and sold horses with his father.

Thomas is survived by his mother, Becky Boyles of East Palestine; brothers, Blair Ferguson of Lisbon and Eric Kale of Negley; three sisters, Diane Ferguson of Lisbon, Tammy Coppock of Rogers, Dawn (Gerald) Timman of Columbiana; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Ferguson Sr. and a sister, Linda Ferguson.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. with Pastor Cindy Figley officiating.
