YOUNGSTOWN — Margaret “Peggy” Wolf, 76, died Tuesday at Hospice House in Poland. She was born Oct. 23, 1947, in Rochester, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Fred and Mary Arnold Wolf. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
