Frank L. Spencer, 58, of Kensington passed away on Saturday December 09, 2023 at his home. He was born in Salem, Ohio on August 29, 1965. Survivors include his mother and stepfather Bonnie (Terry) Roudebush, stepmother Sue Spencer, a son Michael Spencer, his fiance Kelly Grace of the home, two sisters Sonja (Kevin) Coe and Yvonne (Simon) Foor, a half brother Chad (Sarah) Dawes, a stepsister Lisa Ervin, and four stepbrothers Terry E. McWhorter, Terry D. Roudebush, Timothy Roudebush and Todd Dawes.
Preceded in death by his father Richard J. Spencer, his wife Jodi Spencer, a son Joey Spencer and two stepbrothers Gordon Dawes and Bruce Dawes.
Frank had a great love for his nieces and nephews and enjoyed sitting and chatting with friends and family.
Calling hours will this Tuesday December 12, 2023 from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. with the service to follow at Maple Cotton Funeral Home with Scott Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery at a later date.
