EAST PALESTINE — Ernest F. “Ernie” Berg Sr., 71, of East Palestine died Dec. 1 at Akron City Hospital. He was born March 19, 1952, in Youngstown, son of the late Charles and Dorothy Hofmeister Berg. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
