Nancy Lorraine Ketchum
Nancy L. Ketchum, 87, formerly of Salineville, passed away Friday, Nov. 17, 2023. She was born in McComb, Ky., to the late Bradley and Cora Blackburn.
Nancy graduated from David Anderson High School. She married the love of her life Ray E. Ketchum Nov. 18, 1955, and he passed away May 30, 2019.
Nancy was active in Eastern Stars and enjoyed doing crafts such as quilting and crocheting to drawing art. Her and Ray liked to travel and go camping. Her passion was spending time with her grandchildren. Nancy retired from P.C.C/T.R.W. in Minerva.
Survivors include her children Judy (Ray) Brewer of Summitville, Dennis (Kathy) Ketchum of Mechanicston and Kevin Ketchum, 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one expected great-great-grandchild; as well as one sister, Ceil Brown of Salem.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Ray, daughter Melanie Wartluft and siblings Euthania Blackburn, Allen Blackburn, Clell Blackburn and Charles Blackburn.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023, from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. at Maple Cotton F. H. with the funeral to follow at noon, with Ed Blackburn officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery in Salineville.
