EAST PALESTINE — Lawrance P. Bart, 76, of East Palestine, died Monday at Assumption Village Assisted Living in North Lima. He was born Aug. 17, 1947 in Salem, son of the late Paul and Betty Norton Bart. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
