WELLSVILLE — Larry Richard Paynter, 75, of Wellsville, died Friday at East Liverpool City Hospital. He was born Oct. 11, 1947, in East Liverpool, son of the late Raymond and Amy (Nolan) Paynter. Arrangements by Roberts Funeral Home, Wellsville.
