CALCUTTA – Chester B. Channels, 91, of Calcutta died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. He was born in West Virginia March 13, 1932, a son of the late Samuel and Phoebe (Rose) Channels. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
