EAST PALESTINE — Harold Clark, 74, died June 28 at St. Elizabeth’s Health Center in Youngstown. He was born May 6, 1949, in Weirton, W.Va., son of the late Harry and Wanda Ward Grimm. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
