Dennis R. Balio

EAST PALESTINE — Dennis R. Balio, 62, passed away unexpectedly on July 8, 2023, in Enon Valley, Pa.

Dennis was born July 30, 1960, in Jamestown, NY, son of Hilton Shrecengost and Caroline J. (Gould) Balio.

Dennis was a 1979 graduate of East Palestine High School. He worked at the warehouse in various local pottery companies. Dennis was a member of the East Palestine Moose Lodge and enjoyed riding motorcycles and ATVs.

Dennis is survived by his mother, Joanne Balio of Leetonia; two brothers, Tim (Rose) Balio of Missouri, Larry (Thanyakarn) Balio of North Carolina; two sisters, Brenda (James) Matthews of East Palestine, Jackie (Danny) Knight of East Palestine as well as several nieces and nephews.

No public services will be observed.
