Debbie M. Parrish

EAST PALESTINE — Debbie M. Parrish, 67, passed away July 18, 2023, at her home with family by her side.

Debbie was born July 6, 1956, in East Liverpool, daughter of the late Cecil and Annabell Merrill Daugherty.

She was a lifelong resident of Columbiana County and had resided in East Palestine for the past 30 years. Debbie was a Christian by faith and was employed at the Family Dollar in Butler, Pa. prior to retirement. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was at her happiest when she was with her family, and also loved animals.

Debbie is survived by three sons, Roger (Jesse Gordon) Beaver, Bobby (Lucy) Beaver, Jamie (Jody Waychoff) Beaver; three daughters, Anne (Stepfan Stuble) Cathers, Ashley (Justin) Cascavilla, Veronica Burson; brother, Donald Daugherty as well as 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Albert Parrish in 2016, a brother, Jerry Daugherty, a sister, Darlene Gough and two grandchildren, Stephany Jill Beaver and Everett Beaver.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
