EAST PALESTINE — David Merle “The Puzzle Man” Butler, 96, died Thursday at his home. He was born Nov. 22, 1926, in East Liverpool, son of the late Thomas C. and Beulah Wilson Butler. Arrangements by Linsley-Royal Funeral Home, East Palestine.
