Robert J. Tincani

1947-2023

EAST PALESTINE — Robert J. Tincani, 75, passed away April 17, 2023 tragically following an accident while working as a truck driver.

Bob was born Aug. 17, 1947, in Panama, son of the late Joseph and Dorothy Tincani.

He was raised in Ellwood City, and although he has resided in East Palestine for the past 16 years, he has traveled and resided in many places throughout his life. Bob loved his family and his truck driving job. He also enjoyed cooking for his family, his garden, and his dogs.

Bob is survived by his life partner for the past 22 years, Beth Nott; two sons, Robbie Farney and Jason Tincani; daughter, Heather White Tincani; stepdaughter, Amanda Ogle; stepson, William Ogle; nine grandchildren, Dakota, whom he raised, Ally, Jackie, Lexi, Milenko, Alora, Jackson, Josephine and William; as well as two sisters, Kera Wilson and Charlene Tincani Mullarkey.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023, at the home of Bob and Beth.
