EAST LIVERPOOL – Barbara J. Howard, 85, of East Liverpool died Friday at her home with her family by her side. She was born in East Liverpool May 20, 1938, a daughter of the late Floyd and Clarice (Six) Buxton. Arrangements are being handled by the Dawson Funeral Home.
