Marilyn June Manners

COLUMBIANA — Marilyn June Manners, age 84, of Columbiana passed away Thursday, March 30, 2023 surrounded by her family.

She was born June 29, 1938 in Brookfield, Ohio daughter of the late Fred and Mildred (Dakota) Powell.

Marilyn started her travel career at Eastern Airlines in Minneapolis and retired from being a travel Assistant for Gad-About Tour’s. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Columbiana, Ohio. She loved to watch sports with her husband and her favorite teams were the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Minnesota Vikings. She loved to spend time with family, go boating, do crossword puzzles and ice cream. Marilyn was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Robert Ray Manners of Columbiana, whom she married on October 25, 1958; three daughters, Pamela J. Day, Wendy S. Parry (Steve), Linda K. Mulhall (Robert) one son Dale R. Manners (Melissa), two grandsons, Nicholas J. Parry (Stefanie), Joshuah R. Weikart (Courtney), and three great-grandchildren, Madison G. Parry, Colson M. Parry and Christian M. Weikart.

A service will be held at the Briceland Funeral Home in Brookfield, Ohio on Tuesday April 4, 2023.
