Bonnie R. Reich

EAST PALESTINE — Bonnie R. Reich, of East Palestine, passed away April 5, 2023 at Mercy Health Center in Youngstown.

She was born June 10, 1947 in Salem, daughter of the late Edward and Josephine Consolo Ungaro.

Bonnie was a 1965 graduate of East Palestine High School, and worked as a cashier for Giant Eagle in Chippewa for 11 years prior to her retirement in 2012. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in East Palestine.

Bonnie is survived by her son, James (Martha) Reich of East Palestine; two daughters, Jennifer Pixley of Youngstown, and Jessica (Nick) Tomko of Struthers; four grandchildren, Jordan, Jasmine, Calvin and Alante as well as four great-grandchildren; a sister, Debra Lanterman and a niece, Samantha Lanterman both of Salem.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Edward Reich in 1996 and three grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in East Palestine.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
