William T. ‘Buck’ Williams, Sr.

LISBON — William Thomas “Buck” Williams, Sr. 86, died, Sunday at his home with his loving wife by his side. Buck was born March 14, 1937 in East Liverpool, a son of the late William and Sarah Elizabeth (Reese) Williams and had lived in the area all his life.
