Rick Brewer

1951-2023

ALLIANCE, Ohio – Rickie Dale Brewer, of Alliance, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly Friday, Feb. 17, 2023, at his home. He was 71.

Born in East Liverpool, Oct. 18, 1951, he was a son of the late Leonard and Marjorie Fisher Brewer. He worked at Metal and Wire Products Company and later retired from Marsh Bellofram. He loved attending auctions and sales and enjoyed collecting things.

He is survived by two sons, William Brewer and his wife, Stacy, of Alliance, and James Brewer and his wife, Colleen, of Georgia. He is also survived by four sisters, Pauline Bonner (Jack), Christy Bennett (Robert), Cathy Hickman (John), and Lisa Lutton, as well as two brothers, David Bowersock and Leonard “Buster” Brewer (Jennifer). In addition, he is survived by his former wife Karen Freeman.

Pastor Dirk Hall will conduct a funeral service at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Dawson Funeral Home. Family and friends may visit two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
