Norman ‘Jack’ Pugh

EAST LIVERPOOL — Norman “Jack” Pugh, 82, of Lisbon Street died Wednesday at 4:17 p.m. at the Calcutta Health Care Center following a lengthy illness. Born March 25, 1940 in East Liverpool, he was a son of the late Eugene and Myrtle Barnhart Pugh. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
