Nelson Berl Wells, 70, died Monday at The Hospice House, Poland. He was born June 16, 1952 in Tyler County, W.Va., the son of the late Floyd and Madeline (Matthews) Wells. Clarke Funeral Home in Toronto is handling the arrangements.
