Charlotte Marie Nord

1952-2023

RANDLEMAN, N.C. — Mrs. Charlotte Marie Nord, 70, of Randleman, North Carolina, formerly of Columbiana, Ohio, passed away at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro, N.C. Jan. 3, 2023.

Charlotte was born Feb. 17, 1952, in Henderson, Nevada to her parents, the late John Oliver and late Mary Oliver Shroades.

Charlotte enjoyed living in North Carolina where she and her loving husband Bruce made their home. She loved decorating her house and working in the yard with Bruce.

Charlotte leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband Bruce of their home and brothers David Shroades, Columbiana, Ohio and Robert (Linda) of Massillon, Ohio. She also leaves her nieces and nephews, and many cousins.

As a kind, loving and patient woman, Charlotte served as a nurse and elementary teacher for children of special needs for many years. She felt a call to serve children and had a passion to help those with disabilities.
