Shirley M. Rogers

EAST PALESTINE — Shirley M. Rogers, 89, of East Liverpool died Thursday at the Covington Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in East Palestine. She was born in East Liverpool April 18, 1933, a daughter of the late William T. and Daisy (Smith) Warrick Sr. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
