Alta Brandonisio

Alta was born July 22, 1920 in Bergholz, Ohio, a daughter of the late James McLain and Maggie (Maple) McLain.

Having lived all her life in the area, Alta attended Salineville High School, and was a member of the former St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.

Alta is survived by a son, Paul Brandonisio of Hortense, Ga.; a daughter, JoAnn Donovan of Salem, Ohio; four grandchildren, Toni Rose Lombardozzi of Salineville, Tye Donovan of Salem, Amy Mellott-Sherwood of Wellsville, Aaron Brandonisio of Salem; two great-grandchildren, Chris Mellott of Hanoverton and Ellise Blackburn of Lisbon; and three great-great-grandchildren, Brentley Mellott, Mason Mellott and Renesmee Mellott.

No visitation or services are being planned as per Alta’s wishes. Alta will be laid to rest in St Patrick’s Cemetery.

The Kerr Watson Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
