Virginia Rose Shinn

WARRENTON, Virginia — Virginia Rose Shinn, 64, of Warrenton, Virginia, formerly of Wellsville, died Nov. 1 at Nova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. She was born March 2, 1958, in Ohio, the daughter of the late Alvin Richard and Rose (Hampson) Jarvis. Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with her arrangements.
