Tammy M. Cooper

FOLLANSBEE, W.Va. – Tammy M. Cooper, 59, of New Cumberland died Friday at Brightwood Center in Follansbee. She was born in East Liverpool Jan. 7, 1963, to Ray W. Cooper and the late Helen (Streets) Cooper. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
