Peggy L. McElhaney

EAST LIVERPOOL — Peggy L. McElhaney, 81, of East Liverpool died Thursday at her home. She was born in Griffithsville, West Virginia on Nov. 24, 1940, a daughter of the late Creed L. and Lola G. (Stowers) Linville. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
