EAST LIVERPOOL — Evelyn E. Carroll, 94, of East Liverpool died Saturday at Calcutta Health Care. She was born in East Liverpool on Aug. 6, 1928, the daughter of the late Julius and Elizabeth (Barr) Theis. Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists- Martin Chapel in Calcutta is handling the arrangements.
