Frederick D. Cook

Fred was born Feb. 28, 1954, in Salem, a son of the late John and Helen Bare Cook.

He was a graduate of Greenford Schools. He held many jobs over the years but more importantly he enjoyed his motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.

Fred is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Chad) Burbick of Salem; son, Jonathan Cook of Leetonia; three grandchildren, Hope, Philip, and Isaac; and a brother, Richard (Debbie) Cook of North Lima.

There will be no services for Fred.

Professional arrangements were handled by Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Salem Chapel.
