UNITY–Virginia L. Vaughn, 82, died Saturday at the Hospice House in Poland. She was born Jan. 19, 1940, in East Palestine, daughter of the late Howard Wylie and Dorothy Lewis Fosnaught. Arrangements by Linsley-Royal Funeral Home, East Palestine.
