Barbara Ann Smith
Barbara Ann Smith, 81, of Salineville died at the Crandle Medical Center on Oct. 20, 2022 following a lengthy illness.
She was born on Nov. 1, 1940 in Canton Ohio, a daughter of the late Lester Berry and Margaret (Ivans) Berry.
Having lived her life in the area Barbara was a happy homemaker. She decorated cakes for 35 years, was a seamstress for 25 years and was a protestant by faith.
Barbara is survived by two daughters, Belinda Lee (Joe) of Columbus, Ohio and Tassy Everett (Larry) of Lisbon, Ohio; a sister, Bonnie Hall of Canton, Ohio; two brothers, James Berry (Sandie) of Sebring, Ohio and Paul Berry of Minerva; four grandchildren, Tabitha Lively, Tyler Everett, Raven Baldwin, Alex Baldwin; and five great-grandchildren. Morgan Lively, Hannah Weems, Emma Everett, Brady Lively and Jacob Everett.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Smith, whom she married on April 13, 1960 and who died in 2002.
Services will be held at the Kerr Watson Funeral Home on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Ted Ludwig officiating.
Family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home from noon up until the time of service at 2 p.m.
Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
