Roxanne D. ‘Rox’ Hebb

Roxanne was born in East Liverpool on Feb. 9, 1951, a daughter of the late John and Ruth Green. She was a supervisor for the Dispatch Community Action Agency in Lisbon for over 20 years. Roxanne was a free-spirited woman that loved gardening. She always had a great love of animals and rescued and cared for the welfare of many during her lifetime.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons Eric Hebb and Brian “B.J.” Hebb, both of East Palestine; husband Tom Hebb of Texas; granddaughter Tyler Hebb of Pittsburgh, Pa.; one sister and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Monday where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
