Robert ‘Bob’ Melott Jr.

Born Sept. 20, 1963 in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late Betty (Wyke) Melott and Roy Adkins.

Bob was formerly employed at Sea Forth Chemical Plant. He was a member of the Potters Club and an avid Cleveland Browns Fan.

In addition to his mother and father, he was preceded in death by a grandchild.

Surviving are his son, Glen (Sheena) Bates Jr. of East Liverpool; six grandchildren; three sisters, Patty Cogar of East Liverpool, Cindy (John) Parrish of East Liverpool and Rosie Melott of East Liverpool; a brother, Greg (Dorothy) Melott of Weirton; companion, Debby Fosnaught of East Palestine; a canine companion, Kali; and a feline, Kitty.

Private services were held at the Nixon Funeral Home.
