Lester C. Syx
Lester C. Syx, 72, of Hanoverton passed away Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022. He was born in Salem on Feb. 18, 1950 to the late Kenneth and Margret Syx. He graduated from United Local High School. He was a marine serving his country during the Vietnam War as a dog handler. Lester worked along with his family in the construction business.
He is survived by his daughter Jessica E. Syx-Dunlap of Hanoverton; his siblings Bill Syx of Hanoverton, Debra (Brian) Adams of Sarasota, Fla., and Terry Syx of Hanoverton; and four grandchildren, Evan, Nevaeh, Harlen and Amber.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Syx.
A Military Service will be held at a later date.
