Jo-Ann P. Dailey
EAST PALESTINE — Jo-Ann P. Dailey, 87, a lifelong resident of Columbiana County passed away September 25, 2022, at her home following a lengthy illness.
She was born May 14, 1935, in East Liverpool, Ohio, daughter of the late Samuel and Juanita Jones Birch.
Jo-Ann loved traveling and spent many years traveling each winter in their motorhome for over 20 years. She was close to her family and loved spending time with her two grandchildren.
Jo-Ann is survived by a daughter, Dawn (Edward) Baughman; two grandchildren, Meranda (Dalton) Cope and Jacob Carsey all of East Palestine as well as her first great-grandchild on the way.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Dailey in 2019 after 68 years of marriage. She also was preceded by a sister, Carol Burlingame and a brother, Samuel “Butch” Birch.
Following Jo-Ann’s wishes, a private family burial will take place at Clarkson Cemetery. No other services will be observed.
Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
