ROGERS -- Robert Allen Coppock, 75 of Rogers, Ohio, passed away August 4, 2022, at his home following a lengthy illness with his loving family by his side.
Robert was born in Salem, Ohio, on October 29, 1946, a son of the late Russell and Ruth Dyke Coppock.
He was the owner and operator of Coppock Inc., and a member of the East Palestine Masonic Lodge. Robert was an avid team and calf roper with many championship titles; he belonged to the USTRC, World Series Team Roping, APRA, IPRA, PRCA, NTRL, Ohio Team Roping Association and the President of the Ohio High School Rodeo Association.
Robert is survived by his wife, Tammy Ferguson Coppock whom he married in 1987; children, Robi (Steve) Smith, Becky Jo "Tuffy" Wheeler, Russell Coppock, Heather (Charlie) Rowe, Codee Lynn Coppock; six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews; sister, Ruby (Kevin) McKinstry; brother Rick (Rhonda) Coppock; sister-in-law, Diane (Walt) Ferguson; brother-in-law, Blair (Donna) Ferguson.
He is preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law, Norma Collins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at the Middleton Township Fish and Game in Negley, OH from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine.
